        I have worked at OB for three past 5 years and all I can say it is the best place we are all like a little family our amazing care staff all go that extra mile to ensure our residents and their families get the care advice shoulder to cry on anything they need our residents give us all the biggest smiles and fun on our darkest of days we love them all ....

        After waiting 20 minutes before anyone would allow me access into the home Even though staff wud be chatting and walking past the area I waited. On complaining to the manager I felt like I was not being listened too That this concern along with others in regards too my mother was not taken seriously Not happy with the attitude from the manager I was made too feel a nuisance And if that is how I feel How do the patients How does my mother No choice I will take her Home.
