        Bought crucial trading carpet from barker and stonehouse worst carpet ever I was told it was hardwearing and great for families after 8 months it looks horrendous it marks so easily and any stains do not come out we are thinking of pulling up as looks so bad

        Had a stripy carpet in light colours on the stairs. Had to replace it within 2 years as it stained so bad. Replaced it with a darker stripe and 8 years later it has no stains but is completely worn through on at least 5 different steps. So expensive I hoped it would last longer!

        The quality of the seagrass has really gone down over the years. This is now a low-quality seagrass but it is priced like a high-quality one. Extremely disappointed. Avoid.
