My daughter receives mornin p/c the carer suppose 2 b era 4 half hour n she only era 4 10mins wen my daughter comes out the bathroom I ave 2 comb er hair myself n sometimes change er trousers round as they ave been put on backwards wen call the office all I get is as long as they doin their job its ok 2 leave how can u wash n dress some1 I 10mims Not a good company

Love this place just building it in my area but love the clients and management are very helpful and professional with communication I recommend this company to anyone

I know that all our care staff here are working under huge pressure. From a customer, your carers are all excellent, kind, caring and helpful. I have never had bad care and you are all FANTASTIC and UNRECOGNISED in COVID. Thanks to everyone who works or worked here in 2020
