Beast Sheds

Given 4 stars due to the easy to use website, lots of options and straight forward, have not received my shed so this rating is for the website.

My husband has researched many sheds to replace his 20 year old one. A good friend purchased a beast shed a few years back and having looked at the quality and his experience we have chosen to go the same route and today made a purchase. My husband has spoken to the ladies at Beast sheds for advice and they were friendly and knowledgeable. He can't wait for it to be delivered just a little matter of clearing the ground!

Just ordered my workshop from Beast Sheds. I really liked how customisable and easy to use the website is. Can't wait until its here and built.

We ordered a 10 x 6 Pent Beast Shed costing 2662. The shed itself is sturdy and as described. After three months some of the door hinge screws started popping out and the door could only be forced shut. The hinges cracked, paint peeled and they begun rusting, as shown in the pics. The door was made slightly too large for the opening and the winter weather had made it swell to create this issue. I contacted Beast Sheds asking them to fix the fault themselves onsite, as the shed was virtually brand new. The doors are heavy and bolted to the frame and I could not fix this issue myself. The response was that I should install a dehumidifier and 'air the shed' more! This is after the damage had already occurred. I complained about this lack of customer care to be told that the shed was 'fit for purpose' and that I could have some hinges posted to me. For free! So I complained about this response to be then told they would send up a tradesman to fix the issue - as long as I paid for it! I then sent in a substantial complaint addressed to the directors of the company and on my fourth attempt, and after hours of picture taking and detailed complaint writing, was offered a free visit to rectify the fault. This took several weeks to bring about and wasted much of my time and should have been offered in the first place. The shed is fine now it is fixed. Sadly this company's customer services function and commercial philosophy are unacceptable to me - and will be to many. They have lost a customer. Beware.
