Avoid at all costs!! After my experience with trakm8, I can say with certainty that I'd never deal with them again and will recommend everyone please save yourself and avoid this company at all cost. I am trying to cancel my service with them from last 3 months, but they keep takin money. I cant cancel it as they charging my debit card, not the direct debit if you want to buy there service, you can do that on website, or phone or by email, they will take your money instantly then they will take monthly payment from the card number, not by the direct debit (here I warn you, in a worst scenario, if you have to take there service don't set your payment if its not direct debit) here the dirty trick starts, now you cant cancel it, and they will not cancel it as when you email them for cancellation, they don't bother reply, even they do confirm cancelation when they reply as generic they will not stop takin your money if you call them, there staff will keep telling you we cant do anything, we work for different department, even though under there email from billing department they mention the same contact number on which they refuse to help. All you gonna hear from them is '' computer says NO'' SO PLEASE AVOID TAKING ANY SERVICE FROM THIS TRAK8 AND THANK ME LATER

Whilst I have had issues with other departments within Trakm8- I would just like to thank Jacob Somen for his excellent customer service. Jacob makes interactions really easy and always looks for an extra solution to my queries if the initial fix doesn't work. He always sends email updates afterwards and lets me know where we are at and what he will be doing next. Nothing is ever too much for him to do. He is an asset to your company!

Only one star as I cannot give them zero. So after chatting with sales department all sounds nice and good, so I decide to sign up and purchase two devices, once made payment was assured that someone from installation team will be in touch within 2 working days to agree installation date. 10 working days later no one was in touch so I call them to chase up, and been promised that someone will be in contact soon , well another 5 working days goes on and guess what? No email no phone call nothing. So I call them to cancel the subscription, and was told that I will receive email next working day confirming the cancellation. Guess what no email nothing. Called them again and have confirmation that cancellation was processed. Guess what they still have invoiced me, and collected money from account. Avoid for all cost, if you don't want to lose your money and time.
