Amber Windows

I work for a major glass manufacturer in the UK and supply hundreds of different window manufacturers with glass but chose Amber Windows to supply and fit my own home. I was recommended the Anthracite finish UPVC with energy saving glass which has changed the look and performance of my home. Great friendly, honest company with fantastic service and competitive prices. Faultless all round, highly recommended A+

This company was working in the area over 12 months ago so we agreed to let them quote us for 1 replacement window. The salesman was very pushy so we had to remind him it was just a price we were looking for and we would contact them if we wanted to get the work done.... i received numerous follow up calls within the next few weeks. I told them not to bother contacting as they were too pushy! this week I've had 2 more calls (we are doing work in the area) not that i could see!!! again said don't ring me, today got another call 'chasing up' the quote.

Very unprofessional service , never arrive at times allocated , no calls , no one person takes responsibility!!! R Rankin was very arrogant and aggressive in his attitude .Did not attempt to tidy up after himself and leave screws etc at end of drive !!! Avoid this company at all costs , see other reviews !!!!!

Just had 15 window panels fitted, a new front door & sliding doors out onto the back garden. Front start the finish was great. Competitive price, great standard of work & the fitters were brilliant. Builder Nathan & Nathan the window fitter & his team were a pleasure. Highly recommend.

having recently purchased a property where a new conservatory has been added to the property by Amber windows, was dismayed to find that when the conservatory had a leak Amber windows would not assist despite the work being within the 3 year warranty period as the warranty was made out to the previous occupant. they obviously take no pride in their work or customer care
