I'm assuming cement or some other nasty stuff that sure as hell does not belong in any natural water way.
The whole area smells, is covered in a grey dust and just feels sickening when walking through.
It's companies like yours that are destroying this world and should be held liable for the sneaky things you are doing.
Also the number on the plate did not work.. Makes me think the whole thing is just bogus.
