Superglide Wardrobes

Pretty disappointed at the standard of work and customer service from superglide. We had a wardrobe fitted in September and the overall quality standard of the wardrobes is poor. Divider bars on the mirror front stop around 5mm short of the end of the door, displaying a rough cut. There are gauges in the and nicks in the frame from installation. Fast forward a couple months and the soft close hinge stopped working after I found a screw on the floor, not sure if they are related but I raised and lowered the door to see if I could get it to catch again to no avail. I emailed superglide to ask them to come and have a look due to the fact that the wardrobe is only 2 months old at this point, the reply I got was along the lines of were too busy snowed under with work and Ive never had a reply since.

A wonderful family business offering an excellent service . From the moment I contacted regarding a quote they were professional , polite and accommodating . The prices were good and I was really happy with the work . They turned up on time , were very professional and I absolutely love my wardrobes . Would thoroughly recommend . You wont be disappointed

We couldn't have been more satisfied with our new wardrobes. Andy the fitter was amazing and worked really hard and fast. His attention to detail was incredible. He and his assistant James were very considerate of us and our property and worked cleanly and neatly. Nothing was too much trouble and we were consulted at every step. David certainly has a great set up and we would definitely recommend Superglide Wardrobes without hesitation.

Many thanks to Dave and the fitters for being a shining light in an otherwise stressful renovation project. From the initial home consultation to final installation, every stage was professional and punctual. They were flexible and happy to let themselves in to work at the property in Oxford prior to us moving down from Edinburgh. Managing the wider renovation of the house from afar has been stressful, but Superglide Wardrobes stood head and shoulders above the other trades, and delivered on every aspect they said they would do, exactly when they said they would. I only wish the other tradespeople we have had at the house would be as good as Superglide Wardrobes were!
