I cannot say how good or bad the trackers are as RS connect never turned up. After tirelessly arranging slots to install a tracker to my van they still missed 3 appointments. Its now been arranged for another company to install.

Had a dash cam fitted by Scott, he was brilliant, we couldn't tell were the wires went, it was like it had been factory fitted. He downloaded the app for us and gave us a brief demo. Highly Recommended

Ordered a 2CH Dash Cam over the phone on the Thursday. Booked in for professional fitting by the same team for the following Friday. The service was flawless. Dash Cam installed by the most professional technician into my EV car. Works and looks amazing Over the moon.

I paid Nextbase for front and rear dashcam installation. RS Connect are the installer. The first appointment consisted of the engineer turning up and saying he couldnt do it in the rain as the seats would get soaked and he had no protection. It was forecast rain all day and he didnt even have a coat. He then said it was his last job before he left the company so I suspect he just wanted to get off. I was told to rearrange with the office. No help offered there and getting through to the office can take some time. On the 3 times I rang them I was put on hold and they didnt come back twice. Finally got a second appointment although a couple of weeks later. Engineer turned up at 5pm and again it was raining but he said its fine as he had protection with him. Then looked in the boot for 2 mins and said he couldnt fit it as you cant get the wire round. I pointed out theres already a rear camera there which was installed no problem. He wouldnt have it and soon packed up and left. So after 2 engineer visits the cameras are still in the box. I emailed a local installer that said its straightforward and hes coming to install shortly. Bizarre experience all round. I would suggest using a local installer rather than having to go through a similar rigmarole.
