The changes I have felt in myself have been so important to me both within and outside the workplace. I came to Estelle lacking confidence in my ability after a long lockdown, followed by maternity leave. Nothing in particular, had happened, just an inward confidence battle. After just 4 sessions with Estelle, and a few real-life games of 'whack-a-mole' my inner brilliance and outer shine have re-emerged and I feel so much more like my old self! "I contacted Estelle as a situation happened with my Dad that opened up a pandora's box of memories and with it a lot of emotion. I was struggling to release and get to the bottom of things. I knew Havening was quick, but didn't really get how quick and more importantly effective it is. I don't believe I have to (or want to) trawl through every life event, regurgitating the past over a long period of time, I am impatient and want fast and effective results.
