Pitman Training City EC2

I am currently studying for my AAT level 2 and did my first exam with Kaplan. I had a horrendous experience at Kaplan ever with upset examiners who just does not like to talk and extremely unhelpful. I must say that on our exam day, we already feel so much pressure, we only look for a peaceful and warm customer service on our exam day. I looked online and stumbled upon Pitman training and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Pitman Holborn first and the lady I spoke with was so lovely, and talkative. She gave me the entire information about booking, exam and location that made me like "okay that's where I want to give my exam peacefully". I searched more and discovered that they have many branches and the nearest one is City too. So I thought to book my exam with the city branch and spoke with the most lovely and soft spoken lady Daniella Awad who successfully made me her permanent customer. I did my three modules of AAT so far. She is quite responsive in her emails, also discuss my exam requests over the phone too, accommodated all my exam requests interms of timings and days, two screens for my UACS, and has helped me so far in everything. Pitman training has already got great reviews. One thing students struggle is the high value of examination fees. However if Pitman is charging a bit more, it's also giving a great service to students as well. In terms of cleaning, I have found bathrooms clean, surrounding areas and even the building is overall clean too. It is located near London wall. Liverpool street station is near too. There fees varies in terms of location. The city London Branch charge 130 for Q2022 Level 4 for now. Please do check prices as they may varies. I would really recommend this place for the exam. And hats off to Daniella Awad's great customer service and helpful nature; hope her company, seeing this review, get her a bonus this year over Christmas.

I enjoyed every moment of my executive PA course at the Pitman training centre City. The ladies were always on hand to help and give great advice. I cant recommend studying here highly enough. Thank you Maggie, Daniella and the rest of the team

I really enjoyed studying at pitman training centre. The staff is very helpful. Very good, I would recommend to anyone Pitman courses, who would like to update or learn further skills.

It was good experience, Ive enjoyed learning very much. It was mostly basics but still it gives idea of what you will be doing if you want career change. However when I was making a decision with which company to start the course Pitman said that they are helping to find a job afterwards. Well, was not the case with me. Ive struggle to find a job because I dont have the experience and they was not really helping. I had to pay extra for someone else to rewrite my CV because the Pitman person for this was never available. If I knew this is the case I wouldnt go with Pitman. I thought that for 3000 I should get a bit more of attention. In the time of the learning is also disappointing that you dont have who to ask for help if you dont understand something from the material. They not working with teachers. Many thanks to Maggie!!! I had the pleasure of booking a room in this training centre. Maggie was very supportive in helping organise the booking and efficient at responding to any queries raised. Jacqui was present at the location and made sure that everything went smoothly and took the required COVID-19 precautions throughout the session. I was very impressed with the staffs professional approach and highly recommend Pitman Training London EC2.
