Ive been going to this clinic over a year now and its always been a great experience. I personally book in with Yen who is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I've had good service from my provider but it's impossible to get through on the phone if you need follow up or changes to appointments. There also seems like a lack of communication or a systems issue that when you speak with one person, it doesn't flow through and the next person you speak with isn't aware of any updates agreed.

Good place, nice people working. The only bad thing is that the clinic located in Ealing does not have the necessary laser for tattoo removal, and you have to constantly go to the central, which is not always convenient.

Shouldve read the reviews. There were 3 women gossiping loudly as I came in. I walked to the counter to tell them I had an appointment. One of the women said you can have a seat downstairs. After 5-10 minutes of me sitting in the reception area listening to them finish gossiping the same woman came down to give me intake paperwork. Another 10 mins wait to find out the woman gossiping who was so short at the counter was my service provider. The funniest part is that after she was so rude she tried to sell me on purchasing multiple facials. Her tone and enthusiasm was high while trying to sell me but when I declined she went back to being short and not making eye contact.

Such a disappointing experience from the start to end. I went in for a consultation for a wart removal, the consultation lasted less then 5 mins and cost 100, wasnt informative at all. But since Ive paid 100, I thought I would go ahead and just get the laser removal done as I didnt want that to go to waste and go with another clinic. Ive gone ahead to email London wall branch, emailed them 3 times no replied, called the main switch board, was told I would get a call back, nothing again! In the end I manage to book it in. I went in today to have the laser done, it was all such a rush, the doctor did not make me feel comfortable. She said dont call us in 3 weeks if you are in pain cuz it just how it is, just gotta wait for the pain to go. Im just shocked, Im already feel nauseous from having to get this Veruca removal done and she was just not comforting or reassuring. Instead, she made me more scared and not wanting to go ahead. It took about 5 mins and she rushed me out, tho she prescribed me some antibiotics, the after-care was not informative at all. I dont even know how often I should be cleaning the area. All together extremely disappointing and I will never go there again for anything. I feel like the staff are not happy working there and reflecting on their attitude and faces!
