I cant give this agency a zero score, but would like to. Worked through them for an aluminium window and door company in Rugeley. Company was bad enough, but agency puts you through an umbrella company that rips you off. As a temp you accrue holiday pay. But not through these. They still take national insurance and tax off you yet class you as self employed. You dont find that out until too late. Pay is through a company based in Brentwood, or was at a time

TCA were OK as an agency and got things right in the end with my contract, wages etc., but what a lot of admin, paperwork and phone calls it took, nightmare. The experience was soured more by the awful client I worked for, who was self centred and clicky. I found out through another employee that our contract was ending the following day, and I had to ask the supervisor, who would not have even told me, had I not asked.
