Absolute shambles of a useless post office. Actively unhelpful staffing at self-service machines that require an attendant to finish posting. Routinely giant queues. Particularly love the smell of lunch because this is, somehow, inside a dumpy restaurant. Why there is only two dumpy post offices in the City of London escapes me. Perhaps it's escaped Post Office management too.

Its a shame this place is not efficient as so convenient on my route to work, I get off Moorgate station round the corner about 07.58 and get to this post office just after it opens at 8am and every time I arrive all the self services are turned off, I asked the lady behind counter once why and she said she had to supervise them completely defeats the object for having them

Illegitimate prices of hayfever tablets for 7 when other retail prices have allacon for 2/3. I get the cost of living in london can be tough for some people but it does not provide a person the chance to change mark up prices to silly amounts. I will be reporting this company to the insolvency team at companies house for unlawful trading, due to other larger cases via yelp under your trading name Fusion End Spices Limited.

I took advantage of a holiday weekend with my parents to change old pounds since there was a very long queue at the Bank of England. when I stood in front of the cashier, she informed me that the limit was 300 pounds per person and so I replied that I would change 300 pounds and the other 60 pounds my father would change. I counted 300 in front of her twice and then I passed them under the glass. the cashier counted the money, put it in the drawer and printed me a receipt for 280 pounds! a discussion began between me and her, the manager arrived and told me to lower my voice, I told her the problem and the manager told the cashier to count all the money in the drawer to see if there are 20 pounds more! after half an hour the cashier counted all the money by hand, ( also coins) without the use of money counting machines, but something was wrong, the manager arrived, they talked to each other and so the manager started counting the money again, again by hand , in the end, he told me that the money in the drawer was correct, there were no extra 20 pounds. I answered her that she did not counted the coins, she answers me, do you have time to wait ??? I asked myself "how could it be the right sum if she didn't counted the coins?" I felt really teased, he even provoked me by telling me that next time I should have known how much money I change. the total of the pounds was very clear to me, it was also written on the envelope, and I hadn't spent any of these because nobody accepts them since they are made of paper. you are just thiexxx! everyone knows that when you change money, or when you pay, you keep the money clearly visible on the table when you count it, and if the money doesn't equal the total delivered, you communicate it, thus giving you the opportunity to recount it! instead you counted them and immediately put them in the drawer, in this way no one could have the proof! I won't go poor for 20 but the way the manager treated me, provoked me, managed the problem was very bad. There is only one word appropriate for these people.
