Pilates with Irek in Moorgate

Irek is a great guy and his pilates are great, I suffered with lower back pain and only after 4 sessions I am really starting to feel the benefits and feeling a lot better in myself.

Irek is a very knowledgeable pilates practitioner. His knowledge of the workings of the human body and individual approach to each client's case and objectives sets him apart. Add to that the unbeatable positive energy and encouragement and you get the winning combination. Since I started working out with Irek, I can see a definite change in my energy levels and body conditioning. The combination of all of the above is why I keep going back.

Best pilates experience so far. My personal pilates instructor, Irek tailors the program for me as I have lower back pain and calves tightened up often. He is very encouraging and patient which makes me enjoy the work out!!

I'd highly recommend Irek at the Integrity Centre. I started private one to one and group pilates sessions with Irek a couple of years ago. Irek's classes are the best I've been to and would not go anywhere else now. He is a fountain of knowledge. He tailors every class to my requirements and every class is different. He works me hard but also knows what areas I need to take care with depending on any aches and pains I am experiencing. So happy happy be back in the studio after the lockdowns etc. Wish I could visit more than I do! Irek's sports massage are also amazing I walk out feeling like like different person!

I have been doing individual classes with Irek for at least a year by now, and it has saved my back and posture. Thanks! Will continue once a week. Happy to recommend
