I suffer from discoid meniscus and Hypermobility Syndrome. I met Anjulie a year back with a very painful back and a year later with lesser muscles on my leg. She has been nothing but amazing with my treatment of both conditions. Every time I would complain of a workout being difficult, she would calmly explain the benefits of them to my body in layman's term. That encouraged me to keep doing the exercises. And now I am much more stronger than I was when I saw her. I highly recommend Physiomotion.

Zoe is extremely knowledgable which makes her confident in her choice of treatment. She has also been great keeping in touch with me throughout the lockdown. Thank you Zoe!
