Beware of what 'no win no fee' really means - i.e. they'll only consider 'dead certs' for cases and the likely scale of a successful payout before taking a case on. I guess that's the legal economics and business reality however it would have been nice to have been notified of this rather than having to chase up their response over a week later. A deciding factor also is the potential for 'lost income' in the payout equation so don't be a pensioner :). Reply: Thank for your response but as a business dealing with LAW, it seems you are confusing the meaning of 'investigation' with the word 'evaluation'........

I cannot recommend Devonshire Claims enough. Nick Grant and Jack Kirby were amazing and dealt with my claim efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, they always kept me informed and got me a great result. There are lots of choices out there, but I wouldn't look any further than this Firm.

I engaged Devonshires when I realised that refractive eye surgery left me with lasting and unexpected difficulties and my laymans knowledge of the legal system was not enough to pursue a lawsuit without professional help. It seemed like a daunting process. I was initially attracted to Devonshires by the fact that dealing regularly with damaged patients like me gives them a unique understanding of the mental impact on the clients and the practical implications their condition may have on the ability to contribute to the case.
