This is a dry but not clean type of dry cleaner, expect nothing more than ironing when you pay for dry clean. Most of the time the stains on the clothes I sent to the dry cleaner stay there when I get them back. I thought maybe its difficult to get them out. So one time I applied soap to one hideous remaining spot after freshly dry cleaned white skirt, it came right off. So I took it back to the dry cleaner, the woman who works there was full of disappointing excuses and talked as if I were a 16 year old getting my dry clean for the first time. Seeing that I was completely wasting my breath and time, I asked for the complaint procedures, it was only after then she accepted to take my items back without new charges.

Lost my trousers (part of a suit). One week later and they still haven't found them. No apology. No compensation
