Been at this dental practice for just over a year - Dr Angie, Dr John, Dr Piranavan and Dr Archana are excellent at what they do! Highly recommend and the receptionist Irma is amazing, such a sweetheart!

As of February 2023, all the Dentists at ODL dental clinic are a Dentist with special interest. This is a fancy way of saying they are dentists (not specialist orthodontists). The never ending cycle of costs adds up to the prices actual specialists charge. The pay-as-you-go option sounds cheap on paper but the treatment time and cost given is inaccurate so you end up paying for more months with the treatment being dragged out to make as much money from you as possible. There is a lack of communication from the dentist and its difficult to get any update on changes or timeline of treatment without having to keep asking questions. They have no knowledge on complicated cases, the dentist I saw ruined my teeth. When I mentioned my concerns and asked for a refund, the manager said they are a business and losing money is not good for their business. ODL wasted my time and money. I now need to fix the mess they created. Im left with wonky teeth and actual medical issues I never had in the first place. Please find a clinic that genuinely care and isnt advertising as a people centered clinic just for show. This is a fully private clinic - their end goal is to make money and not the condition of your teeth. Any complaints or concerns is not taken seriously at all. Ps. I am re-writing this review because they are trying their hardest to now deny I was ever a patient but I will continue writing my review to raise awareness. ODL deny having people as patients if they leave a negative review. I have been a patient and have all my receipts which I cannot add to this review for privacy reasons. Also why would I email your team when I have already tried resolving issues and you didnt care? My last resort is to leave a review to raise awareness. This is a legitimate review as I was a full paying customer. Please see all other negative reviews left for ODL Dental Clinic and nearly all replies is with the same standard response that the patient does not exist in their systems. Instead of denying patients/reviews, it would be helpful if you actually took the feedback on board. EDIT: It really questions the defensiveness and lack of ethics of ODL Dental clinic as why would a genuine clinic look at any of my reviews? Whats that got to do with anything? For your kind information- I left a review for one other dental practice who I contacted AFTER you messed my teeth up and the price they quoted me was high hence why I left a fair review. Perhaps the high quote I received is a result of the poor work your clinic has done and the mess you have created which has increased the price for me which now I realise isnt a fault of that dental practice but ODL!
