        It's as if they've made the place look nice and swanky to distract you from how bad the service is. I'm sure I'd still be sat there waiting if I hadn't got up and left out of frustration

        New fancy branch that is utterly useless if you actually want to do anything banking related as they don't have a counter...wanted to deposit some foreign currency into my foreign currency account, got told that I couldn't do this as they didn't have the facilities to process non-GBP transactions. Got told that I had to go to a different branch, what a joke!
