        Went in today for cash withdrawal. The cashier (don't know name as he has no name badge on, had a beard, asian guy, sitting in the corner till ) didn't even get off his seat, no welcome, no smile, nothing to make a customer feel valued. Just make sure thatbstaff are happy while serving customers.
