Absolute terrible experience of a rude driver. I am a private hire taxi driver and was parked in a loading bay outside prezzo Wimborne and the driver had a problem with me waiting for my fare in a loading bay that was clearly marked. Asked me about my business and what I was doing there which was absolutely nothing to do with him and then proceeded to spout some absolute rubbish about the council extending the taxi rank into the loading bay after 7 pm. If this is the kind of rude interaction you get when you are not a customer I can't help but think of what rude interactions the customers face when using this service. The area I was waiting in is a loading bay from 7am until 7pm and then you can use that space as waiting or parking in between these times it is not an area exclusively reserved for Hackney drivers to wait for fares. I will never use this service if I need a taxi that's for certain.
