        I have hip issues, early onset of arthritis and osteoporosis with very tight glutes etc. After having seen another physiotherapist who unfortunately was unable to help me, I was recommended to visit Tracy, thankfully she has made a huge difference to my mobility and easing pain. She is the most caring lady and explains exactly what she is doing and why, even showing me on her phone, clear pictures of tendons, bones and muscles, what is happening to me and why. Tracy goes above and beyond to help you, I highly recommend her.

        Tracy responded incredibly quickly when I first enquired and managed to book an appointment same day. Massage was great, felt instantly better. Insightful knowledge shared during the appointment too. Will definitely go back when needed.
