Very disappointed, as this groomer appears to be extremely selective about any potential new clientele. On this our initial appointment, my dog was bathed but then after less than an hour, I was called to collect her as he refused to proceed ! This totally unexpected experience stressed and upset both myself and my precious dog, who apparently was reluctant to stand still and has fur of varying lengths (?) My dog has been professionally groomed since being a puppy so is used to the grooming procedure -( and is a 7kg cockapoo btw ) I certainly would not recommend for young, active or any dogs who are nervous in unfamiliar surroundings
