I'll happily change this if new information arises, however I don't think this company is active any more. I spent 100's online for some of their boards. The website says 3-5 days delivery. But the confirmation email said 14 days. Over two weeks later, no news, so I emailed them. No reply. So the next week I called them and their answerphone says they're not taking calls owing to illness. So I guess, if I don't hear back from them very soon, I'm going to have to get a refund via my credit card :( I wish I'd looked up their reviews before buying. Sorry to hear they are ill, and I wish them a speedy recovery, but they should switch off their website if they are not active.

Lovely Guy and has given our show home a lovely finish! I would highly recommend, it gives an awesome rustic look!

Order never received. Emailed them and they said they would re-send. Now messages are being ignored

Only received half an order after a 3 and half week wait. Tried numerous times to contact the seller, using social media, email and phone calls. Will have to take further by contacting our card provider to request a refund. Very very poor business and you should definitely avoid.

After spending 250 nearly I received my last order where I purchased premium sanded light boards and when the order arrived after waiting weeks because it didn't arrive so had to ask where my order was it came to discover the boards were all dirty unsanded with nails poking out of a lot of boards so were unusable I contacted them through messenger after waiting a couple weeks I got a message from Ian to say there sorry and a new batch will be sent that was weekssss ago I've emailed and messaged again since and no response from them... But wait there ignoring me because I've asked friends and family to email etc as potential customers I've they've had an immediate response. 100 of palletboards that I can't use!!! why apologise and say a new batch will be sent when it wasn't true. Leaves me no option but to go to the bank and apply for a Charge back due to poor service received.
