We discovered James after struggling with lack of efficiency from our previous brokers. His knowledge and service is second to none. He responds to emails and calls. His experience and knowledge on the different lenders expectations ensures our applications are expedited from start to finish. There is no going backwards and forwards for further information as everything is collated right at the onset. And when the lenders ask for documents where its not really relevant, he fights back. Some brokers work for the lender, in my experience James works for his clients. Thank you so much James for your support over the last couple of years. It is much appreciated.
