        Appauling service. We had an appointment we arrived on time, we left our van and waited 2 1/2 hours, only to be told that the engineer didn't come to work . ????

        This firm came highly rated by my caravan service guy, as he said they could help with a small patch of damp in my caravan. I called and spoke to a very helpful person who promised to call me back. After a week, I called again. She explained that they are very busy, but promised to call back. Still no call back after 2 more weeks. If you are busy and don't need or want more business, please just tell us when we call you, we can then try and make other arrangements.
