Express Windows Coleford Ltd

Ordered a new front door December and we were expecting to wait until end of February early March but had a phone call today asking if we were free for fitting this afternoon. Two great guys arrived. Quick and very professional. The door looks GREAT. I wish I could post a photo. They also replaced two panes of glass that had " blown " ( not originally fitted by them ) We were very impressed and pleased with the price. Definitely recommend

Absolutely appalling Update * The glass has now been replaced and the windows sealed. Express windows have asked me to remove the negative review. I won't remove but I will amend..... I am sure express have lots of satisfied customers, unfortunately I was not one of them. Having to leave an angry review to stir a response following poor fitting of substandard windows was beyond disappointing. The photos of the doors and windows fitted, speak for themselves.

Couldn't fault my experience. 3 panes of float glass cut to size as a walk in customer..... In and out within 10mins & great price.

Completely unprofessional. If you arrange a time to go and see a prospective client then you stick to it. If you cant, then tell them in good time. You wasted my time this afternoon Mark and as a consequence you wont be getting my money. Amateur hour. Probably dodged the bullet on his one.
