Brunston Surgery

This surgery is no longer fit for purpose, I have today rang for a appointment 13th October and told I should ring up at 8.30 am in the morning for a emergency appointment. I said I work then so it's not possible for me, I would like to just simply make a appointment. I was told there isn't any until November. The receptionist then told me my employer has to let me go to a doctor's appointment. I'm not quite sure why I simply can not just book a appointment. You are the worst doctor's surgery in the forest of dean and I can not wait to switch surgerys which I am sure will not be easy as you are incompetent at best.

Worst experience of my life these past 2 years. Cannot wait to leave this useless surgery. Rude staff and drs who don't even know what they're doing

What can you really say about a place you go to when I'll. It's dark has loos, check in on screen, staff friendly enough, docs sometimes run late Has hand sanitiser. You go in I'll come out I'll, sometimes with hope sometimes not .

The surgery has got back on its feet after Covid. I am very pleased with the care I receive there. It is a great team and I feel I am in good hands.
