I booked a night away for me and my partner , I however got the dates wrong so attempted to cancel to then plan to re book in the future. I understood I would not get my deposit back but I was under the impression that nothing else would be charged.
A month later after cancelling they took the full payment out of my account, I have since emailed, rang, messaged on instragram and text and I am still awaiting a response back. This is such bad customer service and such a shame that a place like this would take money after a cancellation then make it so hard to get it back or at least speak to someone. So I am advising everyone not to book it is such a shame as it looked like a unique stay which wouldve been fun!
