I'm sorry to have to write a bad review, but my experience wasn't great. I went in for a simple trim, after growing my hair out for 2 years. I was so looking forward to it being tidy and one length again and feeling good. I specifically said several times, just thin the bottom 1cm please everywhere else I've been has understood this no problem and cut choppy tips in, but I got to the end of the cut and seen that the stylist cut 3" layers in (!!) which is 100% not what I wanted I hate layers, they don't suit my style or my hair and now I'm stuck with them for another year until they grow out. In fairness the stylist could see I was upset straight away and said I didn't have to pay, but I'm so upset about it, exacerbated by the fact I'm getting married in 2 months, and I'm now stuck with hair I hate. Please try and listen to your clients next time and if in doubt ask. Service: Hairstyling
