        Awful service! I have ordered some decals for a bike. One month later they still haven't arrived. Sent an enquiry email and one week later still no response.

        I ordered some fox fork decals from essential wraps there was an issue with delivery times etc.. but i got a call from Todd who apologised about the delay and resolved the issue, i will try them again in future and have been assured my orders will run smoothly next time.

        I ordered some custom coloured decals for my Cube Fritzz Fox 36 forks and the quality is absolutely superb...!! I even applied one decal slightly wonky and my OCD needed me to adjust it, it peeled off and reapplied no problem at all, making them an excellent decal to fit if you make an error, and once heat activated they're stuck for good...! First class decals, I wouldn't look anywhere else!!

        Got some fox 32 decals from these guys. paid for next day delivery and didn't show up next day. After having to chase, Todd said it would definitely be with me on Saturday. Saturday came and nothing. chased Todd again and still heard nothing back I had to call in the end for a tracking number and when finally got it from Todd it hadn't been posted till Saturday so more lies. How hard can it be to get someone so simple right. definitely wouldn't use these guys again which is a shame as i wanted a colour change on my bike but wouldn't trust then to get that right. I could find a company in China and still get them before these guys
