        Opening times to collect mail and parcels that the postperson couldn't, didn't or unable to wait to deliver to the correct address, are either only a couple of hours in the morning or not open! No telephone number for the local office, and nothing on line to tell you the opening times?

        My mums mother's day present went to this office on Monday and disappeared off the system for a day and then reappeared wensday 17 at2:20 in Bristol only to be sent back to coleford at 7:26 And my mum used to work for you jokers and she now lives in cinderford how on this earth could you not put it in a van and send it to the cinderford DO like I know you do to other letter/ packets. Do you have something against her or are you just misogynistic or what
