This is our local shop so use it on a daily basis, the staff are all friendly and welcoming ... Only complaint is the constant rising prices.

One supervisor is responsible for this rating starting at 1 star. Rude, unapologetic and quite frankly, lazy. Didnt apologise for wrongly supplied cigarettes, despite it costing me money to return there to exchange and getting soaked a sudden down-pour en-route. Then expected me to pay extra for goods ( illegal as goods incorrectly charged by them in first instance) and raced from behind till to try to intercept me at the door when i refused to pay the extra, though it had taken 6 calls from a collegue that needed assistence before this supervisor finally emerged from the rear of the store. Also had the audacity to ban me from the store when i showed her the same rudeness she had showed me. The second star has been gained by colleagues who are aware of my "ban" but declined to action this.
