        Very disappointed with this companys customer services. Was gifted a 100 voucher as a Christmas present but then moved house and voucher went into storage so was unable to use them until our belongings came out of storage. Was then informed that my vouchers were no longer valid because more than 6 months had passed?! Requested an extension under the circumstances and was even willing to reduce the value of the vouchers. No discussion. No compromise. No consideration. Happy to take your money without providing a single service!! Disgraceful.

        My daughter booked us in for some treatments this weekend as a treat.Id never had a full body massage before and wasnt sure what to expect.It was the most relaxing experience id had.Our therapist Liv was fantastic.So professional and clearly knew her stuff.The facial was equally amazing...i actually fell asleep!Wonderful.I would highly reccomend.I will definately be going back regularly.My daughter had a massage and the hopi ear treatment.She suffers with blocked ears and the treatment was incredible and cleared her ears completely.If you suffer with a build up of wax,this treatment is a gentle,effective way to deal with it.Excellent.Thankyou Liv.
