Excellent service put in an order for a repair on my laptop sent someone the next day came to collect it. Got the laptop within a week fixed up and cleaned and a little Eid surprise mini packet of sweet which was nice of them to put in.

Couldnt be happier. The turnaround was literally a day. From the very start of the collection to getting the phone. Honestly the easiest thing Ive ever done. Big thanks to Mark, the repair technician. Great company.

Not sure who was at fault. Telephone operator or delivery company but my repair was not done ended up being written off .

Good things: Fast delivery and return Bad: I sent my laptop in 3 times, the first they did nothing, the second they replaced parts with parts that also didn't work, and third they fixed the parts, but the original problem is still happening and now I've wasted a month and a half, and have a broken laptop

I sent my iPad into be fixed, due to a broken screen on the Tuesday, it was fixed and delivered back to my house by Thursday. The screen was brand new and everything still worked. Everything was packed neat and well protected.
