Iconic Wig Centre Ltd

Had a fab time in the store last week Wednesday the store wasnt too hot as we are in winter wear The staff on hand made sure the helped with so many wig choices my mum was able to purchase her first wig as our own hair is thinning Im disabled they offer me seating I shall definitely be returning in fact we came back a few hours later to purchase hair coverings so much choices on all products I normally use in line stores but feel comfortable to pop in to get my own hair products

Firstly why is this shop called Iconic Hair? Iconic which part? This shop is trash, as soon as I entered the shop, the workers crowded me, like a flock of pigeons in trafalgar Square. Followed me around, watching my every move, like I was going to steal the wigs, and those wigs... where do I start? No one would steal them. No one. They wanted 90 for a wig, that looked like a raggedy ann reject, a brillo pad textured mess, the hair shedding when I simply looked at it, let alone touched it, telling me "oh it's fine, just put hairspray on it and brush it and it will look nice". I'm speechless. Every time I tried on a wig, a man stood behind me staring at the back of my scalp and into my cerebral cortex. I felt so self conscious. No woman wants that sir. Did you think I could steal one of these joke shop wigs and put it under my scarf? I Will never step foot in this shop again. I feel so traumatised....treated like a criminal for wanting to spend my money to look nice for my friend's New Year's house party. They are not welcoming but want your money. Typical.

I travelled all the way from Portugal and i wanted to try wig stores in London for fun 3 years ago, now i rlly wanna go back one of the main reasons being going to this store

Great customer service, Mr Faz is very helpful. Ive been a customer for a while now and the staff are always friendly and polite.
