Gordon Grove Metal Company

I have had a terrible experience with this scrap company as I got rid of my car to this company a week ago now and have called everyday in regards to my payment to which I get told itll be in by 6pm which hasnt happened as I still havent received a payment a week later and still havent had the issue resolved. If you want to scrap your car for payment dont expect a payment at all or on time. I will be taking this further.

Samuel was extremely helpful and made the process very easy, unfortunately Samuels colleagues let him down, my car was booked in to be collected on the Saturday, I phoned the office twice and was told each time that yes I was booked in for collection that day and they would get the driver to contact me, I waited in all day, no collection and no call. Very disappointed

Very helpful service given from Gordon Grove Metals company. Spoke with Dean who was efficient and extremely proactive in organising my car to be collated the same day I called. Also thanks to Ish the driver who collected and explained the paperwork process. Highly recommend
