        Absolutely disgraceful, I did not receive my deposit which I was owed, Micheal was very hard to contact during the duration of my tenancy, and even when we managed to get hold of him itd take a long time to get anything done, he also deleted my number when I asked for my deposit back, very unprofessional.

        I had a great experience renting with Expert Letts, Michael was always friendly and promptly sorted any issues we had. Unlike a lot of other letting agencies who try and take money from you wherever possible, Michael was honest and fair and I'm pleased to say I got me full deposit back. I would highly recommend Michael and Expert Letts if you are planning on renting around SW London.
