Stella is so lovely and flexible with fitting me in for braids. I bought hair extensions that weren't the best, and they kindly exchanged them at the local shop for better quality hair. I was given good advice on treatment as I haven't had braids for 20 years. My braids are lovely and neat. They were done so well and quickly. I went for a cut, I wanted to relaxe my hair by myself. The hairdresser insisted on doing it and made me pay 25 just for applying the relaxer that I had already bought. She insisted on not cutting the way I wanted, she said that I could only do one hairstyle after that, so she cut longer than what I wanted. And when applying the relaxer, she forgot to mix it with the booster, my scalp went itchy after a minute. I couldnt handle it more than 5 minutes so she rinsed it. I paid 50 for a cut, a relaxer that I already possessed. I cut my hair the way I wanted when arriving home... its been a month and a half, and my scalp is still really itchy. Im very disappointed, if you dont know how to do just say it.
