Today was my first time meeting Tarike, he was lovely beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable and warm with a positive way with words, this gave me comfort and allowed me to trust him with his recommended treatment. My hair feels lovely and Ive been able to retain some length since my last visit to Elevate. The team come highly recommended.

It was an ok experience. I went for a consultation , initially I was excited to speak to someone about ideas for a new look but the overall experience was underwhelming. I was 10mins late for my consultation and because it was busy, I had to come back 2 hours later. But there wasnt really anyone available to speak to me properly, I ended up having to wait almost an hour for a 5 min consultation, and I still had to pay for the consultation which just felt like something that couldve been done over the phone. Although the person I spoke to was lovely, my experience didnt feel that great because of all the waiting plus the consultation happened whilst they were doing someones hair so it felt rushed ironically. So, I wasnt really made to feel special and it didnt make me want to come back to spend 367 which was what they quoted me.
