Was meant to have an appointment with Naomi 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. I was ill but still decided to make it to the appointment as I had booked it 2 weeks in advance. I got there with time to spare only for her to tell me she was running late. (My appointment was at 10) Like many here I waited about 30 minutes. I kept being moved around every 2 minutes without anyone telling me about an update. Due to me being sick I decided to leave and then 45 minutes later got a call from Naomi asking where I was. I said I was not returning. We all have busy lives. I woke up with a fever and still showed up to my appointment in time. If you are running late you should call me not the opposite way. Lean how to keep your costumers.

I am incredibly happy with the small bohemian braids that Naomi did for me. She helped me select the appropriate hair for the style and even accompanied me to the hair shop to ensure I purchased the correct hair. She works with precision and care and my small knotless boho braids are everything I wanted and more. I expected the style to take 5+ hours but Naomi was able to complete my hair in just under 4.
