@lovechurroslondon has been a complete disappointment from start to finish. I was initially invited in October. I went to the Brixton branch to find out that the machine had broken. They knew from morning and didn't tell me They said they would rearrange, and I confirmed my closest location and nothing... I knew I was by their Croydon branch and let them know weeks ago. They said they would arrange it. Radio silence since ever since . An absolute waste of my time, considering they initially reached out. Very poor communication
