Really disappointed with the treatment I received from this clinic. Francesca on front desk was awful. Initially denied all knowledge of my appointment when I arrived (even though she was the one I had spoken with on the phone less than 24 hours prior), then later admitted to taking my call, but vaguely said there was "a problem" with the booking system so it hadn't recorded my appointment. Could have just said that from the get go and apologised. A wasted morning for me and no apology or follow up from the clinic. Very disappointed as I had hope to book my Invisalign treatment with/ through this clinic.

My Invisalign treatment at Brixton Smiles was great and Im really happy with the outcome! All the staff were really friendly and helpful too :)

I started my Invisalign journey with Brixton smiles a year ago and I cannot fault them! I was very self conscious of my smile, now I cannot stop showing them off! All the ladies at the practice were amazing and without support, I wouldnt feel as confident as I do now! Right from my very first consultation to the final result, they were there to answer any questions I had. I wish I had done is a lot sooner!! I am now getting compliments all the time about my smile and thats all down to the team at Brixton. Thank you for giving me the perfect smile!! Would highly recommend the team at the practice.
