Very bad dentist. I have been trying to get a filling for over 9 months on NHS even though I have have been there for many appointments. I finally got my appointment in April at 3pm. You have a 10 minute window to attend. Traffic was bad never late. Arrived at 3.08pm. They told me to come back in 7 weeks. Disgusting people. And I have been on time they have had me waiting at less 20-25 mins, before, being seen. for a 10 second check -up You are treated like trash under NHS (DWP.) If I was paying private they would of had no problem seeing me. Finally getting a crown and I had to tell the dentist that he had already taken my impression. Because he was going to do it again. Once I explained, he found my impression in the post. Once he replaced my tooth with a very yellow crown and my teeth are three shades whiter. I asked why would you not colour match my tooth. I was told it really does not matter as its only designed to protect your tooth. How ghetto. And in all the time I have been attending a dentist, I was never refused a scale and polish. They told me I do not need one. Even though its been 2 years since lockdown. Even my 14 year old niece had her four found teeth re crowned here and they all fell out after 6 weeks last summer. Its such a shame how you get treated under NHS services here and I still have to suffer under these people as its so hard to found a dentist under NHS That will take me on. Even though I am using NHS I have never felt so worthless. I do not recommend this place. I pray I found a dentist very soon who care about your teeth. Keep me in your prayer guys have a good day!

Currently admitted in hospital being treated for sepsis. I had an appointment booked 14/04/23 as i arrived the dentist told me i was booked for a consultation not treatment baring in mind this same dentist sent me to 111 2 weeks prior. As i was crying during the consultation due to pain the dentist sent me to the receptionist and told me to ask her to make her slot longer so she could treat my issue as i was speaking to the receptionist the same dentist called a next patient in. The receptionist was laughing in my face. This practice has failed its patients time and time again and they have the same response for everyone which is email management. Which is useless! Working for NHS you have a duty of care THEY HAVE FAILED THIS. THIS IS MALPRACTICE. I am admitted in hospital because of their lack of attention this is unacceptable. I will be taking this further. Please find another dentist this place of practice is terrible, unprofessional and ultimately do not care. Its sad
