Not wheelchair friendly, took my mother in for a book, while trying to manuvour around a dumpbin by the tills the large pricing poster dropped and while I parked the chair and picked it up twice, the staff stood watching while chatting to eachother. To much of a nightmare to attempt gettin to the next isle so we left.

The black guy on the till was really rude and doesnt understand that is hay-fever season because of that I was asked to use the hand sanitiser about 3 times which I didnt even touch my face exempt to scratch my eye due to the allegy season he was completely outrageous all I came to do is to collect a dhl parcel will never come to this WHSmith Brixton again
