I I ordered an online order, a seafood rice. The rice was very watery and did not have a good flavor and also a lot of onion. I'm hungry I couldn't eat it.

I made an order via Uber Eats on 26/02. I ordered the Chicharrn o Chorizo & Bandeja Palsa. Avocado, chorizo, beans, chips, salad, eggs and plantain, were missing from my order. When raising this with Uber Eats, they refused to refund; which is against The Consumer Rights Act 2015. As Uber Eats refused to refund, I disputed the transaction with my bank and got a refund. Uber Eats then debited from another bank account which I disputed and got my refund. They have again taken this unauthorised payment of 29.19 from my credit card the same time that I booked an Uber mini cab. I have spoken to Uber Eats and yet again, they can do nothing. Referring back to The Consumer Rights Act 2015; Santafereno should action this refund. There is no email to contact Santafereno. Please let me know how I can get the refund I am entitled to for an order which was not fulfilled.

The best discovery Ive had for a while in London! The food was so delicious and of excellent quality. We got an arepa con queso which was the best, a parrillada BBQ and two beers for only 30. Great value for money and very authentic setting. One of my favorite places to go.
