A huge huge thank you to Yes Futures - I realised from volunteering as a Yes Futures Coach how much I wanted to work with children and young people and my experience as a coach gave me so much confidence and solidified my decision to ultimately apply for the PGCE. So really, thank you!! Yes Futures is an amazing charity and is so beneficial to young people. I'll continue to spread the word, particularly in my new school as a potential school to work with and would recommend them to anyone who wants to work with young people in a mentoring/coaching role!

As a researcher in non-profit organisations, I contacted Yes Futures, they were very friendly and passionate, not only about their mission, but also about making the world of chrities better. From my point of view, their mission is one of the most amazing ones that I've came across, which is building confidence and resilience in people. Whatever a person chooses as a profession, having confidence is a defining factor in his/her success. I think combination of a great mission with ambitious staff has made Yes Futures a distinct charity!

Yes Futures are an amazing charity, supporting primary and secondary students to build life skills and giving them wonderful experiences to help equip them for life ahead. I've recently completed my third round of volunteer coaching and it's just so rewarding. You're fully supported in the role, training is given and you have the opportunity to go with your students on fantastic trips - a volunteer day, a work experience day and an outward bound weekend. If you want a volunteering role supporting young people, I definitely recommend Yes Futures.

I joined the Yes Futures Rising Futures Programme as a Volunteer Coach last year and have recently signed up for a further round. YES Futures are a fantastic charity, supporting students to build their communication, confidence, self-awareness and resilience skills. The team, especially the CEO Sarah Sewell and the Programme Executives are super supportive and encouraging. The programme offers volunteers an opportunity to shape the lives of young students whilst gaining practical experience in coaching. The best thing is seeing the students develop their skills in such a short space of time and feeling so proud of their achievements. If would highly recommend YES Futures if you are interested in a volunteering role supporting young people.
