        I love Nationwide. Much better service than the big 5 banks in UK. I also love the app. Easy to use and getting better. Sometimes, you still have to use a card reader for new payments and they can be fussy with contactless; but it's for cudtomers' security and this can only be a good thing.

        Went there this morning . Wanted to put some money in to my account . Only one customer was inside the branch , who was served by very pleasant lady cashier . Unfortunately cashier , young black guy , that served me had very unpleasant attitude . First told me why Im not using self service machine , I told him as is no people in the brunch I though it would be faster use cashier , as the amount I want to put in , I would have to use machine in 2 attempts . It Was no thank you, no please . He basically served me with attitude , that makes you fell his doing you a favour . I think some training would do good for him .
