Service is " average " when purchasing but when it's to return of exchange they're very horrible and that includes the management . Their " Brazilian" hair which I purchased (due to them badmouthing the other hair shops ) was terrible , I had loads of shedding and my closure would continuously move back . came to return an item which I was told I could do and the service they provided was horrible , they seemed to have changed the rules when I came to return it . Also brought blue hair dye which turned out to be green .
Don't come here they sell fake products and hate awful management!
